La Concha Pearl is one of the “smartest” and most energy efficient buildings ever built in Baja! We are utilizing QuadLock (www.quadlock.com) “cast-in-place” Concrete Foam Product. Our construction team has extensive experience building with this state-of-the-art construction material. QuadLock is substantially more expensive than traditional building material, but the long term benefits are well worth the added up-front cost. QuadLock will reduce energy costs 37% to 42% every month of the year, and provide incredible sound insulation from exterior noise and in-between units.
