  • The cooling usage will be electronically monitored by unit and can provide bill back info by day, week or month.

  • Our window and patio doors will be dual-glazed, argon-filled, tined and low E. Our front doors are 8’ high and insulated and gasketed.

  • The four state-of-the-art solar panels will exclusively provide power to our two large spas and pool all winter long with 5,000 gallons of 140 degree F water (even on a cold winter day).

  • We also offer electronic phone switching systems, (powered routers and phone switch) for modern phone and internet services, room to room intercom, and communication with the building manager and security. Our satellite TV is delivered over a comprehensive distribution system including filters and powered amplifiers including hubs at the service area of each unit.

  • CCTV and electronic security will be monitored 24 hours a day on site.

  • We will provide a full time guard, day porter, and top quality maintenance staff.

  • Our interiors are second to none and include large bathrooms and kitchens, slab granite counters, travertine floor tile throughout and slab marble bathroom tops.

  • Sanitary sewer will be treated on site with a modern “bio” system. Clean gray water will be used for our landscape as well as a distribution system to water the hill adjacent to us.
