Offering a beautiful, unobstructed beach front location, La Concha Pearl residence owners and their families will have the exclusive use of the ocean front entertaining area complete with a palapa, infinity-edge swimming pool, two sea-view heated spas and a poolside fire pit for beach front barbecues.
To power these facilities using renewable energy, we have designed four state-of-the-art solar panels to exclusively provide power to our two large spas and pool containing 5,000 gallons of 140 degree F water all winter long (even on a cool winter day).
